29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer is responsible for requiring the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions or where this part indicates the need for using such equipment to reduce the hazards to the employees: On or about March 21, 2019, at Glades Road and 96Th Ave, Boca Raton, FL 33427, the employer did not ensure an employee while working with Portland cement a corrosive (with a pH of 12-13), and adhesives without the use of hand protection was exposed to skin hazards.
