OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Public Law 91-596, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees, in that employees were exposed to a fire hazard. (a) Shop Area- On or about March 23, 2019, employees were exposed to a fire hazard while using a portable heater such as Mr. Heater Gas-Fired Infrared Tank-Top Heater to warm their work area.

29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one half hour: (a) Shop Area- On or about March 23, 2019, Acetylene and oxygen compressed gas cylinders were stored together. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.
