29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: At a worksite located at 1 E Pershing Rd, Kansas City, MO: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard. This was demonstrated when an employee was working from an aerial boom lift (JLG 460SJ - 36600BLA) at height without the use of a lanyard attached to an anchor point on the boom lift.
