29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about March 20, 2019, at Lot 7, 34 Madaline Lane, and Lots 10-15, 62-76 Madaline Lane, Dawsonville, Georgia:  a) Two employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25-feet and greater when they worked form the trusses and roof of a townhouse unit located on Lot 7, 34 Madaline Lane, Dawsonville, Georgia, without using fall protection.   b) Two employees performing framing work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11.4-feet when they worked at unprotected wall openings on Lot 7, 34 Madaline Lane, Dawsonville, Georgia, without using fall protection.   c) Three employees performing roofing work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25-feet and greater when they worked from the roof of townhouse units located on Lots 10-15, 62-76 Madaline Lane, Dawsonville, Georgia.
