29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part:  On or about March 20, 2019, at Lot 7, 34 Madline Lane, Dawsonville, Georgia:  Four employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by and fall hazards of approximately 25-feet and greater when the employer did not implement safety programs to inform the employees how to recognize and minimize job hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about March 21, 2019, at Lot 7, 34 Madline Lane, Dawsonville, Georgia:  a) Two employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25-feet and greater when they worked from the trusses and the roof a townhouse unit without using fall protection.   b) Two employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11.4-feet when they worked at unprotected wall openings without using fall protection.
