29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: On or about March 26, 2019 at the north end of the stockroom, the employer maintained a double door exit discharge used as a receiving door and equipped with a panic bar labeled as emergency exit but did not provide an illuminated sign identifying the discharge as an exit.
