29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall system. On or about March 25, 2019 on the south side of the roof, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet while framing a building without a fall protection system.
