29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: A. On or about December 5, 2019, in the following instances, voltage was detected in the metal parts of equipment, exposing employees to first degree burns from electric shock: 1. Machine Shop: The metal tray on the AND FC-20K scale. 2. Throughout the Production Areas: The arm and metal strip around Aven inspection lamps. 3. Cafeteria: Metal parts of the Cuisinart 4-slice toaster, Model 90702.
