29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employers did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met, and which also included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   WORKSHOP: The employer did not establish and implement a site-specific written hazard communication program, including Globally Harmonized System (GHS) for the employees required to work with and handle chemicals, such as (but not limited to) Sodium Cyanide, trichloroethylene, nickel sulfamate, and nitric acid.
