29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. Blackmill Preserve Subdivision, 129 Ivery Hollow Circle, Lot #267, Dawsonville, GA (newly residential home) - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 23 feet, while performing roofing work such as, installing roof felt paper and shingles on the elevated roof area of a new residential structure without the use of fall protection. on or about 03/26/19.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to upper landing surfaces, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladders were used to gain access:   a.  Blackmill Preserve Subdivision, 129 Ivery Hollow Circle, Lot 267, Dawsonville, GA (newly residential home) - Employee were exposed to fall hazard.  An employee was using a 24ft. portable extension ladders that did not extend 3 feet above the upper landing while accessing the ladder to get to gain access to the elevated working surface (roof), on or about 03/26/19.
