29 CFR 1910.178(m)(3): Unauthorized personnel shall not be permitted to ride on powered industrial trucks. A safe place to ride shall be provided where riding of trucks is authorized.    a) Warehouse - On or about April 2, 2019, and at times prior thereto, more than one employee was allowed to ride on the platform of a one-person Raymond Pallet Jack, Model 8410, during forklift operator training.  A safe place to ride was not provided, thereby exposing employees to struck-by and caught-between hazards.
