29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6): Scaffolds were not designed by a qualified person: Or in the alternative Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: (a) On or about March 26th, 2019, and at times prior, for the employees who were exposed to fall and struck-by hazards in excess of ten feet while installing siding from a man basket that was attached to a telehandler that exceeded the allowable wheelbase, GEHL - RSG, Model #3049, Serial # RSGJV0913125, in the vicinity of 32nd Avenue South and 45th Street South in Fargo, North Dakota.
