29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a- 6 Stoneybrook Drive, Building 13, Absecon NJ: Two company employees were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet to the floor below and greater than 21 feet to the ground surface below, when performing framing layout marking and other related activities while walking and working at and near the unguarded edges of a commercial structure's floor openings as well as at the unprotected edges of the commercial structure's second story. At the time of the inspection these exposed employees were not using an alternate form of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 03/26/19.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: a- 6 Stoneybrook Drive, Building 13, Absecon NJ: Two company employees were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet to the floor below, when using a stairway that was without hand and stair rails. At the time of the inspection, this stairway was being used to access and egress the active floors of the commercial building. Condition noted on or about 03/26/19.
