29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 1348 Tiger Lily Ln., Lot 90 Cottages on the Greene, Foley, Alabama: On or about March 26, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 20.7 feet to the concrete floor below. THE ABRAHAM OLMEDO DBA ABRAHAM OLMEDO WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501 (B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1227229, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 6, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT THE RESERVE AT DAPHNE LOT 17, DAPHNE, ALABAMA.
