29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee used, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces: On 3/27/2019, while replacing skin on the Drum Drier, employees did not have a safe means of access and egress in that they climbed up and down the blower structure to access the top of the Drum Drier located more than fourteen (14) feet above the ground.
