29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation. On or about March 25, 2019 at the construction site, employees were exposed to struck-by hazard while operating nail guns without wearing eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about March 25, 2019 at the construction site, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet while installing shingles on a roof of a house without a fall protection system.
