29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501: (a) Abel Camacho at 4505 Redmond Drive Longmont, CO 80503: On or before 03/27/19, the employer did not insure that employees were protected from fall hazards while performing roofing work a residential apartment complex. Roofers were performing shingles work on a residential apartment complex roof measured at a 5:12 pitch without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the employee to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet.
