29 CFR 1910.107(e)(5): Containers supplying spray nozzles were not closed or provided with metal coverings that were kept closed: a) 15E Easy Street, Bound Brook, NJ 08805 - Spray Area/Warehouse Employees used spray nozzles to spray wooden merchandise in the spray booth. Containers supplying spray nozzles with flammable chemicals including but not limited to HC Aristovar Ultrasand (clear conversion varnish) and HC R66 HS Classic-Coat White Primer, both containing toluene, ethanol and isopropanol, were covered in painters drop cloth. Violation occurred on or about 3/27/19. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

Condition observed on or about 3/27/19. WRITTEN ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
