29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about 3/27/19, the employer failed to ensure that the chains and sprockets of the Keystone Machinery Corporation, Model No. 882HD Double Head Bandsaw, serial #HY20-PHCAT-170-2-1-30, were enclosed. The chains and sprockets were about five (5) feet off of the ground, and there was no guarding installed.
