On or about 3/27/2019, at the Back Building of Twins Twins LLC at 720 S Main Street, Labelle, FL 33935, employees were potentially exposed to a caught by hazard while working close to a conveyor which carried cooked tortillas out of a tortilla manufacturing machine (i.e. Celorio, Serial #140541-5), driven by an unguarded sprocket wheel and chain. c. Employees were potentially exposed to a caught by hazard while working by a 7-level cooling conveyor (i.e. Superior, Serial #1212946) which lacked emergency trip wires. h. On or about 3/27/2019, at the Back Building, Twins Twins LLC, located at 720 S Main Street, Labelle, FL 33935. Employees were potentially exposed to a caught by hazard while working by an ingoing nip points between conveyor and a wheel where tortilla were transported from oven of a tortilla manufacturing machine (i.e. Casa Herrera, Model VAC-18, Serial #08101185) towards a cooling area.
