Employee(s) on post were not relieved frequently enough to allow for restroom breaks and sometimes did not receive relief breaks at all.  Instance #2:  On or about 07-17-2019, and times prior thereto, located at the U.S. Joint Forces Command Suffolk, 115 Lake View Pkwy Suffolk Virginia 23435 VA, the employer did not make restroom facilities readily available to employee(s) when needed due to lack of scheduled staffing.  Employee(s) on post were not relieved frequently enough to allow for restroom breaks and sometimes did not receive relief breaks at all for the duration of the shift.  Employee(s) on post at the far back distant guard gate have had to use plastic bottles to urinate in due to no breaks or relief watches given.  Instance #3:  On or about 07-17-2019, and times prior thereto, located at the U.S. Norfolk Federal Building, 200 Granby St. Norfolk Virginia 23510, the employer did not make restroom facilities readily available to employee(s) when needed.  Employee(s) on post were not relieved frequently enough to allow for restroom breaks and sometimes did not receive relief breaks at all.
