29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the forks and the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: On or about March 28, 2019, on the south side of the construction site where employees were exposed to fall and struck-by hazards while working from a fabricated platform elevated by a rough terrain forklift without having the platform attached to the forklift forks.
