29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. Bellehurst by Ashton Wood Subdivision, 4140 Lynden Court, Lot #51, Cumming, GA - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. The employee was not utilizing a means of fall protection while working and walking approximately 20 feet above ground level on the elevated roof level, while in the process of repairing a roof leak on the newly completed two-story residential home, on or about 03/27/19.
