29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: Employees were exposed to lead ingestion hazards. This was most recently documented on May 9, 2019 at Exide Technologies break room located at 25102 Exide Drive Forest City, Missouri 64451. (a) Employees were exposed to lead hazards of 26.1700 micrograms at the microwave panel. (b) Employees were exposed to lead hazards of 5.0580 micrograms inside the microwave. (c) Employees were exposed to lead hazards of 10.0300 micrograms at the microwave handle. (d) Employees were exposed to lead hazards of 13.7800 micrograms at the refrigerator handle. (e) Employees were exposed to lead hazards of 12.9700 micrograms at the coffee vending machine panel.
