Southampton, PA: On or about March 20, 2019, employees were performing construction activities involving various trade work within an 87,732 square foot building without any fire extinguishers being provided for their use.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14): Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached), where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface, is not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.  a) 1160 N. Street Rd.  Southampton, PA.: On or about March 20, 2019, employees were performing mechanical installation work while exposed to an unprotected wall opening, which created fall hazard not less than 10 feet above a lower level.
