29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On March 27, 2019, and at times prior employees were exposed to a 30 foot fall hazard while decking a roof without the benefit of fall protection at 4590 49th Avenue South in Fargo, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for violations of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 986565, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 11, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 5660 33rd Avenue South in Fargo, North Dakota.
