29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) On or about March 27, 2019, and at times prior, the employer did not maintain a clear distance of three feet in front of the circuit breaker panel, located on the east wall in the shop area, in order to permit safe operation and maintenance of equipment. The panel was blocked by shipping boxes and a table. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). Ragsdale Industries Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1027847, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 20, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 3870 S. Kalamath St, Englewood, CO 80110.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) On or about March 27, 2019, and at times prior, the employer had not developed and/or implemented a written hazard communication program to address the chemicals used in the workplace and the hazards associated with those chemicals. A written hazard communication program shall include the following elements, as applicable: 1. An inventory of all hazardous chemicals used in the workplace; 2. Labeling of chemicals; 3. Maintaining of Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals, ensuring accessibility for employees; 4. Training; 5. Periodic review to address changes in the workplace.
