29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a.) Production Area: On or about 3/27/19, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to corrosive chemical hazards, in that plumbed eyewash stations were not available to employees working with Antimicrobial Solution(acetic acid) while preparing for fruit or vegetable rinsing.

29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(2)(i): Hepatitis B vaccination was not made available within 10 working days of initial assignment to all employee(s) with occupational exposure: Note: Does not apply to employees who have previously received the complete hepatitis B vaccination series, for whom antibody testing has indicated immunity, or for whom the vaccine is contraindicated for medical reasons.  (a) Office: On or about 3/27/19, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to biological hazards, in that hepatitis B vaccinations or antibody testing for immunity was not provided to employees performing first responder and medical assistant duties.
