29 CFR 1910.303(e): Markings were not provided on electrical equipment giving voltage, current, wattage, and other ratings as necessary. In the production shop at the north wall, the employer had electrical panel boxes that energize machinery which were not marked with voltage rating exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.

29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(viii): Circuit breakers for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less used as switches in 120 volt and 227 volt fluorescent lighting circuits, were not listed and marked "SWD In the production shop at the north wall, the employer allowed employees to turn fluorescent lights on and off from the electrical panel boxes and circuits that were not listed and marked "SWD".
