29 CFR 1926.651(b)(4): While the excavation was opened, underground installations were not protected, supported or removed as necessary to safeguard employees: a) Jobsite, Country Club Boulevard and Cramer Avenue, Uniontown, PA: On or about March 27, 2019, one employee was hoe ramming inside of a trench with employees standing around the top of it that had several unprotected and unsupported utilities in it.
