29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Belforest Apartments, 8764 Rand Avenue, Daphne AL: On or about March 27, 2019 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to work on the top of the second floor plate line to set floor trusses for the third floor exposing themselves to falls of 10 feet 10 3/8 inches to 19 feet 11 3/8 inches to the next lower level without being protected from falling by a safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
