29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye.  On 30 March 2019 at approximately 1:00 PM, a driver was strapping down plastic water barriers onto the bed of a low-boy trailer when a gust of wind knocked one over into the driver, causing him to fall off the trailer approximately 2 feet, resulting in hospitalization from a fractured hip. The driver was admitted the same day, 30 March 2019, and the OSHA Austin Area Office was notified on 1 April 2019 at approximately 5:16 AM, or over 40 hours later.
