29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fitting were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter shall be effectively closed. a) On or about March 29, 2019. Employees were exposed to electrocution hazard of 220 volts when the electrical wires entering the tortilla ball maker machine were not protected from abrasion. b) On or about March 29, 2019. Employees were exposed to electrocution hazard when the electrical wires entering the sensor of the door on the tortilla ball maker machine were not effectively closed.
