29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification which included the requirements as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): (a) RK Mission Critical at 20101 East 36th Drive in Aurora, CO 80011: On or before March 29, 2019 the employer did not ensure that a PPE Hazard Assessment had been conducted for the warehouse facility. A written PPE Hazard Assessment certification was developed on April 4, 2019.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work areas: (a) RK Mission Critical at 20101 East 36th Drive in Aurora, CO 80011: On or before March 29, 2019 the employer did not ensure that safety data sheets were readily accessible during employees work shifts in the facility. These chemicals include but are not limited to propane, acetylene, and nitrogen gas. This exposes employees to chemical irritations to eyes, respiratory, and skin due to employee lack of knowledge regarding chemical hazards.
