29 CFR 1926.405(d): Panel boards mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes or enclosures designed for the purpose were not dead front:    a) Jobsite: On April 2, 2019 and times prior thereto in apartment units where permanent power was applied, cardboard and other materials were used as a cover on 120/208 volt energized panels.  This exposed employees to a potential shock and fire hazards.     Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
