Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, shall be legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident. This violation was observed on or about April 2, 2019, on the south outside wall of the maintenance shop, the employer did not ensure circuit panel breakers were correctly labeled as to their purpose exposing employees to electrical hazards.

This violation occurred on or about April 2, 2019, Goddard Concrete did not develop a written hazard communication program for employees required to use hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, lubricants, anti-freeze, and grease exposing employees to the effects of hazardous chemicals.
