Cherrywood Dr. Lafayette, CO 80026: On or before 4/2/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees working on a two-story, single family home did not wear fall protection while installing a new roof. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 18 feet in the back and 10 feet in the front of the house.

Cherrywood Dr. Lafayette, CO 80026: On or before 4/2/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that three portable ladders used to access the roof did not extend at least three feet past the eave of the roof. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
