29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Electrical equipment operating at 50 volts or more was not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures: a) On or about April 3, 2019, in the conference room, the employer did not ensure the electrical receptacle on the floor under the conference table was installed and maintained in an approved enclosure to prevent accidental contact with live parts. An employee used the receptacle without the cover secured and the receptacle and its 120 volt conductors out of its enclosure and exposed. The employees was thereby exposed to hazards associated with 120 volts of electricity.
