29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source: a) 864 Julia Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07201- Warehouse/Tipping Floor/Loading Dock Area Employee(s) performed work duties in a warehouse in which the exit sign(s) was not illuminated and would not provide a reliable light source of at least five foot-candles to illuminate the sign in the event of an emergency. Condition observed on or about 4/3/2019. The company, Waste Management of PA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1190573, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/23/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 315 Valley View Drive, Davidsville, PA 15928.
