29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Connell's Custom Exteriors, LLC located at 103 Harper Street, Louisville, CO 80027: On or before April 2, 2019, the controlling employer did not ensure that subcontractor employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with alternative fall protection measures. Employees were installing shingles on the roof of a single family ranch home up to 15 feet high without the use of fall protection. The condition exposed employees to falls from height. Connell's Custom Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1250598, citation number 1, Item 1, issued August 9, 2017, and which became a final order on August 28, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 10105 17th Pl, Lakewood, CO 80215.
