29 CFR 1917.13(h): The employer did not require employees to stay clear of the area beneath overhead drafts or descending lifting gear: A) Crane area, on or about March 22, 2019, and or times prior to, an employee was between the load (Aircraft Tug) and a Terex crane's outrigger, while part of the load was suspended, exposing the employee to a struck by hazard.
