29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation a) IPAK Services, Inc. - location at Thomas Foods International / Processing Area: The temporary agency did not ensure that authorized employees were trained on specific Lock Out / Tag Out procedures. The temporary employees performed sanitation operations on machinery that includes but is not limited to: Thompson Grinder 6600, Thompson Band saw/meat cutter, Econoseal wrapper Machine, Cartoner machine, etc., occurred on or about 04/03/2019. IPAK Group, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1320590, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/30/18, with respect to a workplace located at 2600 Oldsmans Creek Road, Swedesboro NJ 08085.
