ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED ABATEMENT NOTE: Key elements of a hazard communication program are the written program (e), labeling (f), safety data sheets (g), and employee training (h).

29 CFR 1910.1025(m)(1)(iii): The employer did not include lead in the hazard communication program established to comply with the HCS (� 1910.1200), and the employer did not ensure that each employee had access to labels on containers of lead and to safety data sheets, and that employees were trained on lead in accordance with the requirements of HCS and paragraph (l) of this section: a) Corey Associates: Employees worked with lead containing soldering wires and lead containing tinning metals, and these employees were not provided with hazard communication training specific to lead exposure, as discovered on or about 04/04/2019. b) Corey Associates: Employees worked with lead containing soldering wires, and the secondary containers of the soldering wires were not labeled to identify that their contents contained lead, as discovered on or about 04/04/2019. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
