29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Worksite located at 3500 SW Hollywood Drive, Lee's Summit, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on the 3rd level deck and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection. The L. Messer Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1139813, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 15, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 311 NW 96th Street Kansas City, MO 64155.
