29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employer: a) Makers Line, LLC, 3827 North Lafayette St, Denver, CO 80205: On and before April 3, 2019, the employer did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employer. The concrete contractor provided employees bull floats that had extendible aluminum handles for use in proximity to 7,620 volt overhead power lines. The employer did not ensure that the handles were constructed or insulated with non-conductive materials. This condition exposed concrete contractor employees to shock and electrocution hazards.
