29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables shall be connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. a) On or about April 4, 2019, two electrical cords plugged into an electrical outlet in the Main Loading Batch was not connected to a strain relief device to prevent the cord from being pulled away from the connectors.
