29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a) Mezzanine Above Pouring Line - on or about March 28, 2019, employees removed paper from a pneumatic core shaft, having to manually de-pressurize the shaft, but the employees were not provided adequate training on the knowledge and skills associated with the energy control measures for the shaft being serviced.
