29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(ii): Equipment parked on an incline did not have the wheels chocked and the parking brake set: a) Alliance Landfill, Taylor, PA: A Caterpillar 740 Articulating Haul Truck (S/N#AXM01408), operated by employees to perform site clearance activities for a landfill construction project, did not have the wheels chocked while parked on a haul road with an approximate 8%-12% graded incline, exposing employees to struck-by and crushing hazards, on or about April 4, 2019.
