The lubricant is used to lubricate equipment in the shop.

Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. On or about April 2, 2019, in the employer at Delta Consolidated LLC, located at 205 Pailet Dr., Harvey, LA 70058; Sufficient access and working space were not provided and maintained for the electrical panels to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of the equipment. Iron sheets and equipment are impeding access to the electrical panel.

29 CFR 1910.254(d)(9)(iii): Cables with damaged insulation or exposed bare conductors shall be replaced. Joining lengths of work and electrode cables shall be done by the use of connecting means specifically intended for the purpose. The connecting means shall have insulation adequate for the service conditions. On or about April 2, 2019, at Delta Consolidated LLC, Harvey, Louisiana; cables with damaged and exposed bare conductors were not replaced on the following welding machines: A. The Millermatic 252 welding machine B. The Lincoln Electric Power MIG 256 machine
