On or about April 3, 2019, the employer had not instructed their employees, assigned to the post Hurricane Michael remediation and cleanup activities at the Allanton Shipyard, in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions that were applicable to their work environment or in the ways to control or eliminate hazards. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.
